I went to Vitality a while back and honestly felt like just another number to them. I switched to Inside Health at the beginning of 2026 and the difference is massive. Inside Health runs a much more personalized weight loss program, and the nurses actually sit down to explain how the weight loss injections work and what to expect. I'd definitely go with Inside Health.
