My VHS copy of the 1994 Spider-Man finale got eaten by my parent's old VCR and I'm still mad about it
I dug out my taped-off-TV copy of the Spider-Man finale from storage about 2 weeks ago to show my nephew, and the VCR in my parents' basement chewed up the tape about 10 minutes in. I tried to splice it back together with tape like I saw someone do once, but now the picture rolls and the audio cuts out every few seconds. Does anyone know a good way to fix a mangled VHS tape, or should I just give up and find the episodes somewhere else?
