Used to skip every live action show until a friend dragged me to a Saved by the Bell rewatch party
I was strictly cartoons only back in the 90s, thought live action was boring. Last month my buddy from high school invited me over for a marathon of the first 2 seasons. I rolled my eyes but went because he had pizza. By episode 4 I was actually laughing at Zack Morris's dumb schemes. We watched 8 episodes in one sitting. Now I've been binging the whole series on my own for the last 2 weeks. Did anyone else refuse to watch live action as a kid or was that just me being stubborn?

Okay but is it really that deep though? I mean yeah I also only watched cartoons as a kid but I wasn't like angrily avoiding live action, it just wasn't what I gravitated to. My sister watched Saved by the Bell constantly and I'd tolerate it in the background. Zack Morris is funny but half the time his plans make zero sense and the laugh track is doing heavy lifting. I dunno just feels like people act like this show is some hidden gem when it's basically the McDonald's of 90s TV.
