Vent: the park bench at Sunnybrook made me realize I have been napping all wrong at home
I stopped at Sunnybrook Park near the playground in Tulsa on my lunch break and saw a guy flat out asleep on a bench around 1pm, hat over his face, no alarm, no nothing. He woke up on his own after maybe 20 minutes and looked wide awake and happy, while my naps at home always leave me groggy for an hour. I think my problem is I aim for an hour and my bedroom is too dark and quiet, so my body thinks it is night time. Do you get a better reset from a short outdoor nap on a bench or in a chair than from a full bed setup?
