Mid-training my AI model kept outputting 'banana' for every prompt and it took me three hours to find a corrupted dataset entry

I was sitting at my desk in Austin at 2am staring at 47 images of bananas when I finally realized a labeling error from July was causing the whole thing to glitch out, has anyone else had a random word hijack their training pipeline?
