Spent $300 on a Midjourney subscription and it paid for itself in a month
I was hesitant to drop that much, but I needed concept art for a client pitch in Chicago. I fed it some rough sketches and got back a full set of polished images in an hour, which normally would have taken me days and cost way more. The client loved the look and signed the deal on the spot. Has anyone else had a specific AI tool directly lead to landing a project?

Tell me you're in a creative field without telling me you're in a creative field. That's the kind of return on investment I can only dream of with my monthly subscriptions. My streaming services just give me more shows to ignore. Seriously though, that's a killer use case. Did the client have any idea the art was AI generated, or did they just think you were some kind of speed-painting wizard?

You're giving AI too much credit, maxb46. A good result still needs a human to guide it and fix the weird bits. The client knew the process and was happy with the fast, cheap art.
