My sister in Amarillo handed me a cold pork chop and her air fryer, and I stopped using the microwave for leftovers
I was at my sister's place in Amarillo over the weekend and she pulled a leftover pork chop out of the fridge, cold and grey looking. She tossed it in her air fryer at 350 for about 5 minutes and handed it to me. The outside got crisp again and the inside was still juicy, nothing like the rubbery mess I get from the microwave. I went home and tried it on fried chicken the next day, same result. What leftovers have you all had luck reheating this way, and what should I keep out of it?
Did you try meatballs yet? My buddy threw some leftover ones in his and they came out great, but he said fish is a hard no, the whole kitchen smelled like a bait shop for hours.
