Walked through the Delta hangar at ATL and nobody uses torque wrenches on APU mounts
Stood around for 20 minutes watching a crew swap an APU this morning and they just snugged the bolts by feel, then walked off. Is that standard practice now or did I just watch someone's cert get revoked waiting to happen?
