Watching an old timer in Tulsa torque a prop blade by feel instead of the book
Back in 2011 at a shop in Tulsa I watched a guy with 30 years in snug up a prop blade by feel and tell me the torque wrench was just there to keep the lawyers happy, and I still think about it every time I pull mine out, so I'm curious if anyone else was taught that feel matters more than the number.
