The main trail runs you through those gaps where you get funneled into wind and rain, but the cutoff keeps you up on the spine so you can see storms rolling in way before they hit. Wait, do you cross-check the scores against how recently they got inspected though? A place could be sitting on an A from eight months ago and be a totally different kitchen now, or the opposite where they got slammed last week and already fixed it. I feel like the date next to the score matters way more than the number itself, but I never see people bring that up.
