Hit 100 false alarms from the same house in a month
I got a call for a repeat customer in Tempe whose system kept tripping, and after checking the logs, I saw it was exactly the 100th false alarm this month, all from their cat jumping on a motion sensor shelf. I mean, I've seen pets cause trouble before, but this little guy had a perfect record of setting it off at 3 AM every single night. Has anyone else had a client where you just had to move the sensor to a totally different room to get some peace?

That's a wild story, but it makes you wonder. Did the homeowner ever try just... locking the cat out of that room at night? Seems like the cheaper fix before moving hardware around.
