Hot take: my panel rep in Gary said keypads on the front door are a waste, and he's got a point
He asked me how many callbacks I get from someone standing on the porch punching in a code while the dog bolts out. Now I'm quoting exterior readers on 6 of my last 10 jobs and the callback count has dropped.
