Listed my Calgary bungalow $12k under and got 9 offers in a weekend
I figured pricing at $539,900 instead of $552,000 would just get people in the door, but we ended up with 9 offers by Sunday night and sold for $571,000. My realtor said the low list price made buyers think they had a shot, which somehow turned into a bidding thing I did not expect. Is that under pricing trick still working in other parts of Alberta or did I just get lucky with timing?
