Two years of wrong watering and not a single crisp blade of grass to show for it. That neighbor's been keeping score for a while.

Oh man @jason_stone12 you're not alone in this. My neighbor two houses down used to water his lawn every single day at noon in the middle of summer. The grass turned yellow and moss took over everything. He'd glare at me when I used my sprinkler at 6am like I was the crazy one. Took me a year of slowly fixing the drainage and reseeding before it even looked halfway decent.
