Why does nobody warn you about airport X-ray film fogging?
Shot a roll of Portra 400 through my Pentax K1000 on a trip to Denver last month, and TSA ran my bag through the scanner 3 times at DIA because I forgot to pull the film out. Half the frames came back with this weird gray haze that got worse toward the end of the roll. Now I carry a clear plastic bag and always ask for a hand check, even if the line is long. Anyone know if the newer CT scanners at big airports are worse for film than the old ones?
