I watched subs only for 6 years, then a guy at a Denver con in 2019 dared me to try one show dubbed
Turns out I was reading so hard I missed half the animation, and now I pick dubs for action shows and subs for everything else, so what decides it for you?

Ha, that Denver dare did you a favor! Same deal for me, if the fight scenes matter I go dub so my eyes stay on the screen. Slice of life stuff I'll take subs every time since nothing blows up while I'm reading.
