Vent: tried hitting a frozen evaporator coil with a heat gun on a Friday call and it cost me
Cracked the coil in two spots trying to rush the defrost so I could make my kid's ballgame, ended up eating the $380 part on a customer's 6 year old fridge. Now I keep a steamer in the van for ice, anyone else learn this the hard way?
