Switched from stacking crackers flat to fanning them out and my plates finally look like the ones online
I've been making snack plates for about a year now and they always looked kinda sad compared to pics I see. Last weekend I tried fanning the crackers out in a circle instead of stacking them flat in one pile, and it honestly made the biggest difference. I used a $4 box of rosemary crackers from Trader Joe's and just spread them around the edge so the cheese and grapes could sit in the middle. Also learned to put the dip in a little ramekin so it doesn't bleed into everything else. Anyone got tips for keeping apple slices from browning before guests show up?
