PSA: that unlabeled bottle of 'linseed oil' someone left at the swap table in Denver set my drying time to 3 weeks
I grabbed it because it was free and it turns out whoever dumped it there mixed in some kind of varnish or tung oil blend, so my zinc white sat tacky for 19 days and I had to wipe the whole panel down, so maybe sniff before you take anything that isn't sealed in its original tube, has anyone else pulled mystery media off a swap table and regretted it?
