Thought my great aunt's 1970s film strip projector find was junk, until I saw Jupiter's moons on her old slides
Three weeks ago in Sedona I almost told her to toss the box, but then we held one slide up to a lamp and there they were, four tiny dots in a line, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has gotten hooked on this hobby through old family junk instead of a fancy new telescope.
