Got stuck at the Publix on Ponce after the card reader froze on me
Last Friday I was at the Publix on Ponce de Leon checking out with a full cart and the card reader just froze mid payment. I stood there for maybe 4 minutes while the line behind me grew, and the cashier said the whole store's system was down. I ended up paying cash for half my stuff and leaving the rest, then called their corporate line the next day to see if anyone else had reported it. Has this happened to anyone else around ATL lately, and did you just bail or wait it out?
