The alignment rack at the shop on Route 9 was off by half a degree and nobody caught it for months
Stopped by a buddy's shop in Worcester last month and watched him chase a pull to the right on a Camry for two visits before he checked the rack itself with a bubble level. Turns out the pad on the left front was sitting on a worn shim, so every car coming off that bay got a slightly wrong toe. How often do you guys calibrate your own equipment versus just trusting it?
