Can we talk about how auto transport brokers used to actually answer the phone?
Called 6 brokers in 2019 to ship my Civic from Phoenix to Denver and got a real person on every single one within a minute, but last month it took 4 days, 9 calls, and one text thread to book the same route and I still dont know if the truck ever showed up on time.
