Back in 2019 I was mailing paper condition reports to a broker in Phoenix and waiting 2 days for a reply, but last week I sent 6 phone photos from a lot in Newark and had the pickup approved before I finished my coffee, so I'm curious how many of you still do anything on paper at all.
