Dropped $65 on a Pullman pan that warps every bake
Bought a Chicago Metallic Pullman pan for $65 at a restaurant supply store in Austin. Third bake in, the lid warped and now my bread comes out lopsided every single time. I should have just stuck with my two cheap loaf pans from the grocery store. Anyone else had a Pullman pan go bad this fast, or did I just get a lemon?
