My 77th sourdough loaf finally looked like a real bread

I keep a little tally on my fridge for every bake, and number 77 was the one that shocked me. After months of flat pancakes and weird crumb, this loaf had an ear and the scoring actually held. It felt like the universe finally stopped trolling me. Anyone else have a random number where things just clicked, or was it always gradual for you?
