My old gaming PC finally gave up during a 2 a.m. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mod session
The graphics card died last Saturday while I was trying to run a free mod for a 2007 game. I ended up playing on my laptop with the fan on full blast and realized I miss the days when a $50 GPU could last you a decade.

Man, I gotta disagree on the $50 GPU lasting a decade part, those old cards were cheap but they aged out fast once new games came along. Still, sorry about your card dying, nothing worse than a crash in the middle of a good STALKER run.
