Tried a $3 PS1 game from a flea market, ended up with 40 hours of playtime
Picked up a beat-up copy of Hogs of War at the Columbus flea market last Saturday for three bucks just to test the disc drive, and somehow I've already sunk 40 hours into the turn-based pig warfare, has anyone else found a random cheap title that absolutely sucked you in like that?

40 hours into turn-based pig warfare" is such a perfect sentence that I almost feel called out, because I did the exact same thing with a $2 copy of some random PS1 fishing game from a garage sale. I thought I'd just check if the disc was scratched, and next thing I know it's 3 AM and I'm deeply emotionally invested in catching a virtual salmon named Gerald. My wife keeps asking if I'm okay, and I keep saying "just finishing this one tournament" like it's a hobby and not a cry for help. Honestly, that $3 Hogs of War might end up being the best value you ever get, because I've paid full price for games I dropped after two hours. The flea market disc gods are weird and wonderful, and I respect your pig army commitment lol.
