That $25 monitor arm saved my neck after 3 brutal weeks
I was slouching over my desk in Austin for two straight weeks with constant shoulder pain, and my cheap dual monitor stand was pushing both screens way too low. Last Friday I grabbed a basic gas spring arm from the local electronics shop for $25 and mounted my main display at eye level, now my posture is way better and I stopped getting headaches by noon. Has anyone else found that adjusting screen height alone fixed their setup more than new chairs or desks?
