My mom used to wrap my hair in an old t-shirt after every wash, and I rolled my eyes for 10 years
Finally tried it again 3 months ago in my tiny Charlotte apartment and my frizz is basically gone, no fancy towel needed. Anybody else got a cheap habit their family swore by that actually holds up?

My mom did the same thing with an old undershirt and I also rolled my eyes about it for years. What kills me is that a regular towel is what causes most of the frizz in the first place, all that rough rubbing on wet hair. I finally caved last winter and now the shirt lives on a hook by my shower like it's a real tool. Moms are right way more often than we want to admit.
