TIL my flat iron quit 10 minutes before a wedding in South Bend and a cotton tee saved the day
My $30 flat iron gave out mid-styling last Saturday, just before my cousin's 4pm wedding in South Bend. No backup, no time to run to a store. I wrapped my damp hair in a clean cotton t-shirt for about 20 minutes, then blew it out with a round brush and it came out smoother than my iron ever did. Anyone else ditch heat tools after a dead one forced your hand?
