Vent: my neighbor's fake owl on the porch did nothing, then he blamed the birds
Set up a plastic owl on his deck rail in March and by June he had 6 strikes on the same slider. Owls don't scare finches or robins at all, they only work on birds that actually get hunted by owls, and a fake one sitting still all day fools nobody after a week. I taped up two strips of white ribbon on my glass at eye height and got zero hits since. What actually keeps birds off your glass in spring?
