The pizza box treaty after a 3 hour session
Was in a group Tuesday where nobody could agree on a game until someone said "whatever we play, loser buys the next round." That one line killed like 20 minutes of debating and we got two solid games in. Has anyone else found a stupid small stakes wager that just dissolves the whole table's bickering?

Adding money to game night just turns friends into sore losers who argue even harder when they're down a round. Half the fun of the debate is the debate, and killing it with a bet feels like cheating the whole point of hanging out.
