Bought a $140 tube roller off the scratch and dent rack, saved my butt on a handrail job
Grabbed it off the discount rack at the supply house in Gary last Friday figuring it was a paperweight, but when the job specs changed to a curved handrail I had it rolling smooth bends by lunch. Boss told me afterward the shop quoted the customer $900 extra to send that rail out for forming, so the roller paid for itself the first day. Anybody else scored a clearance tool that ended up being the hero of a job?
