Old pressure vessel finally let go at Burns Harbor

Last Tuesday one of our 20 year old air receivers cracked along a seam weld during a hydro test. No one got hurt, but it made me rethink how we inspect older stuff before we even pressurize it. You guys pull vessels out of service after a set age or just run them until they fail like we did?
