I swore mortar mixers were a waste until my $260 one saved my knees last month
For 14 years I mixed everything by hand in a wheelbarrow because my old boss in Toledo called mixers a lazy man's toy, and honestly my back was wrecked after every job. Bought a $260 mixer for a 3,000 brick job in June and finished a full day earlier than usual with zero knee pain that night. Am I the only one who held out way too long on this, or did your first boss mess with your head too?
