Past 10,000 bricks laid and my hands are telling me something
I hit 10,000 bricks on a church restoration in Dayton last Tuesday, counted them off my tally sheet. What got me is that my body knew before the number did, my right shoulder started aching around brick 8,500 back in March. I never thought about how many times I bend and lift in a shift, but 10,000 is like a full season of wear packed into 4 months. Is there a point where you guys switch up your technique or take more breaks, or do you just push until something snaps?
