The $3 garage sale mirror that beat my $60 amazon one
Bought a scratched up oval mirror for $3 last spring, spent an hour with toothpaste and a rag buffing it out. Now it hangs in my entryway and gets more compliments than the new one I paid full price for. Anyone else find that older stuff just has better quality glass?
Agree completely. Found a beat-up antique mirror at a church sale for five bucks, polished it up, and it’s clearer and sturdier than anything I’ve bought new since.
