I finally tried the sticky note trick my sister in Boise swore by, and now I'm mad I waited 4 years
My sister in Boise kept telling me to stop drawing my weekly spreads by hand and just slap a sticky note grid in the corner to test layouts first. I blew her off for 4 years because I thought it looked cheap, but then I tried it in March and saved myself from wrecking 3 pages in my $28 Scribbles That Matter. Do you test layouts somewhere else first, or do you just commit straight to the page?
