TIL a 3 minute brain dump before my daily log fixed my worst week since January
Last Monday I opened my journal, wrote Tuesday's date wrong twice, and ended up with a whole spread I had to white out. By Thursday my to do list was 22 items and I had crossed off exactly 3. So I flipped to a blank page and just dumped every thought for 3 minutes straight, no bullets, no boxes, and then picked only 5 things to actually do. Best Friday I have had in months, I actually closed the book at 6pm instead of staring at it. Does anyone else do a scrap page before the real entry, or is that just me making extra work?
