inAppreciation post: tried a new brand of foils for highlights and the difference was huge
It's funny how we stick with the cheap version of things for years. I used the same basic kitchen sponges forever until my roommate bought the more expensive kind. Suddenly dishes were actually clean and the sponge didn't fall apart in two days. You don't realize how much a small tool is holding you back until you upgrade it.

inI raised my rates by 50% for a new client and they said yes right away
Oh man, tell me about it. I had an old savings account paying basically nothing for way too long. Felt like a total waste once I finally moved it. What took you so long to switch yours?

inPSA: I've seen three cars from the same local dealership this month with the same weird clear coat failure on the rear quarter panels.
Read an article last year about a big recall for exactly this. A major brand had a bad batch of clear coat that failed way too early. They traced it back to a supplier changing one chemical to save money. Whole thing cost them millions in warranty work.

Put laminated signs right above the sink drain with pictures of the clogged pipes it causes. Make it a visual problem they see every single time.
