Bought a $9 magnifying lamp at a flea market in Tulsa and it fixed my lettering spacing
I kept getting spacing wrong on my stickers because I was sizing the text on my laptop screen and then it looked cramped once printed at 3 inches tall. A guy selling lamps at a Tulsa flea market told me to print at full size and check it under a magnifier before cutting anything. Now I lay the test print under the $9 lamp and measure the gaps with a cheap ruler, and I've only scrapped 2 sheets in the past month. How close do you all get to the edges on text, like a quarter inch or tighter?
What made you pick a quarter inch as your number, or did you just eyeball it and it stuck? Curious if you tested tighter gaps and had them blow out on you.
