Push-ups get praised as the perfect home exercise. I did a popular plan and now my shoulder aches. Are they bad for some bodies?

Thirty days without floral foam in the shop

A regular asked for foam-free bouquets last month, so we tried it. I think the arrangements look better and hold up fine without it. Are other florists still depending on foam, or is it time to move on?
