Hit 100 sticker designs this week and it got me thinking about culling the list
I make bumper stickers as a side gig, mostly for local races and small shops around Grand Rapids. This week I reached 100 total designs in my portfolio, and honestly, that number felt bigger than any sale I have had. When I looked back, maybe 15 of those were actually good enough to sell on the regular, the rest were either inside jokes only I got or stuff I rushed out at 2 AM before a deadline. Reaching that milestone made me realize I need to be harder on myself before I upload something. I used to think more options meant more chances for someone to buy, but now I see it just clutters my storefront and makes buyers scroll past everything. Have you all ever done a big purge of your weaker designs, and did it actually help your sales or just feel like wasted effort? I am debating cutting down to my top 30 and starting fresh.
