I finally hit 100 sticker sales from one dumb pun, and now I'm stuck
So I checked my Etsy dashboard on Tuesday morning and my "Honk If You're Also Tired" sticker had just passed 100 sold. I made that design in about 4 minutes on my lunch break back in March, mostly as a joke for my own rear window. Meanwhile my two designs I spent real hours on, the ones with the little retro sunset and the fishing joke, have sold maybe 9 combined. The frustrating part is I don't even think the pun is that good, and now I feel like I have to chase that same low-effort energy instead of the stuff I actually like making. I've got a notebook full of ideas I'm proud of and I keep second guessing all of them. Do you all ever get a sleeper hit like this, and did you just ride it or try to push your better stuff harder?
