Took me 11 hours to figure out that a stray comma was breaking my whole cut line
So I was trying to get a batch of 200 oval stickers cut on my vinyl cutter last weekend and the thing kept dragging the blade through the letters on one side. I checked the blade depth like five times, replaced the blade, slowed the speed way down, even re-leveled the whole machine on my kitchen table. Spent about 11 hours across Saturday and Sunday on it, mostly reprinting the same design over and over and swearing at my laptop. Turns out the problem was one dumb comma in a line of text where I typed a super wide space after it, so the cut path had this weird jump in it that threw the blade off track. I felt like an idiot when I finally zoomed in at 400% and saw it. Now I zoom way in before every cut, but I'm wondering if anyone else has run into a spacing glitch like that and what your fix was, because I just deleted the space and moved on.
