Finally compared my LLC to an S-corp structure with my accountant in Denver, one saved me $4,200 in taxes this year
After 3 years of running as a single-member LLC I sat down with a CPA who showed me the S-corp election would cut my self-employment tax on the same profit, has anyone else gone through that comparison and found the switch was worth the extra payroll hassle?
