TIL a handshake deal at a Columbus trade show cost me $11,000 in legal fees
Signed a supplier agreement on a napkin at the Ohio Expo Center in March because the guy seemed solid and we were both in a rush. My lawyer says a one page LOI would have saved me the whole mess, anyone else learn this one the hard way?
