After 14 straight days of overstock, I finally cycled the warehouse floor
That happened at the Newark DC when our fast movers got buried under promo pallets near the docks, so now I walk the aisles with the scanner gun every morning and flag anything sitting over 48 hours, anyone else deal with top SKUs hiding in plain sight?
