Net Reputation vs ReputationDefender for a mid-size B2B?

We are a mid-size B2B manufacturing company and we're looking to hire an agency to clean up some outdated, misleading search results that pop up when clients Google our brand name. We've narrowed it down to Net Reputation and ReputationDefender. Has anyone used either of these recently? Would love to hear some pros and cons before we sign a contract.

I evaluated both last year for my tech firm. ReputationDefender is obviously one of the oldest names in the space, but I found their approach a bit cookie-cutter for corporate entities. We ended up going with Net Reputation because their strategy for content suppression and positive PR placement felt way more customized to our specific industry. They assigned a dedicated project manager who was super responsive.

Can confirm the above. We use them for executive privacy and brand monitoring. Their SEO team is ruthless (in a good way) when it comes to pushing negative links off the first page of Google.
